Technology in learning is among the important points in this era. Through technology, everybody can obtain information and have new academic opportunities. Technology is a home window that opens up access to thousands of learning sources.
Presently, many institutions in Indonesia are currently using computer systems, tablet computers, mobile phones, and various other technical devices in the learning process. This is inseparable from the pandemic problems that require Mr. and Mrs. Instructors to perform online teaching and learning tasks. Sadly, technology in learning is still a challenge for most of the instructors.
In an initiative to assist instructors use in learning, particularly when getting ready for the Last Semester Evaluation (PAS), Zenius for Instructors held a Grand Instructor Educating for PAS Ready with Zenius. Through this task, which will be hung on 22-29 November 2021, the taking part instructors can find out effective teaching strategies and technology in learning that can support the application of PAS.
Challenges of Using Technology
Throughout both years of teaching during a pandemic, of course, many new teaching and learning experiences have been skilled by Mr. and Mrs. Instructors. The greatest challenge that Mrs. Elvira faces in teaching is the limited internet access. The place of the institution remains in the center of hills and rivers so that the provider network or internet can just get to certain locations. Along with internet access which is still challenging, most trainees also don’t have learning support technology such as mobile phones or computer systems. This of course makes the online teaching and learning process harder.
Instances of Technology
The first day of the PAS Ready Instructor Grand Educating with Zenius after that continued with in person sessions via live YouTube. Through this session, Mr. and Mrs. Instructors obtain the action in using among the technology-based learning media, specifically the ZenRu LMS (Learning Management System) and the Zenius application.
